Do you want to spend a year working with a vibrant, multi-generational Anglican team? Doing an internship with us is a fantastic opportunity to explore your gifts and see God use you whilst serving and gaining experience in the context of a local church.
We have a number of Internship positions due to start in September; up to three at All Saints Marlow and one at Lantern St Mary’s, Marlow Bottom.
We are a friendly, welcoming church team with a wide range of ages and experiences. It important to us that you feel at home and part of the church family therefore we would provide accommodation for you, offer a subsistence allowance (including paid expenses) as well as regular mentoring and support. There are opportunities to serve in many areas of church life, such as children’s work, worship, creative prayer, youth work and communications – dependent on where your heart and gifting lie.
In addition, as part of the New Wine Discipleship Year programme (aimed at 18-24 year olds) you will benefit from teaching, mentoring and coaching and will spend one day a week (Tuesdays) at the New Wine training hub at St Paul’s, Ealing. The rest of your time will be spent working alongside different members of our staff team in a variety of different settings.
To apply, please send a CV (including details of two referees) along with a cover letter, which explains why you want to be our intern. Please also describe your Christian faith journey and detail any experience you have which you think is relevant.
All applications and queries to be sent to our Internship Coordinator, Gill Taylor firstname.lastname@example.org / 01628 481806.
