Karen Christie

Married with one daughter, Karen has strong ties to the local area, having grown up in Marlow Bottom, married at All Saints Church and now living in Flackwell Heath. Before joining the church team as Operations Manager, she worked across a range of universities and charitable organisations, developing expertise in operations, marketing, and organisational management. Karen brings this professional experience together with a longstanding commitment to church life and ministry. When Karen’s not at work, you’ll often find her reading, out for a walk, or exploring new places.
