Time to retrieve your plaid shirt from the back of the wardrobe for a veritable evening of fun, food and do-si-do – all, of course, in a real barn on farm. Tickets should be bought in advance and cost £15 for adults and £5 for children. Contact Anna Clarke for further information.
The barn dance is a fundraising event for Mission Romania – a team of seven adventurers from All Saints in Marlow who will be volunteering with The Smiles Foundation. The Smiles Foundation is a charity that works in north-west Romania and aims to relieve poverty, promote education and provide hope and opportunity to many through a variety of projects, including evangelistic outreach, food distribution, medical support, social assistance, education, child care, life skills training and housing provision.
The trip takes place between the 15th and 22nd October 2016 and they need to raise £3000. If you would like to support them in this then please visit their Just Giving page. On behalf of Ruth Frost, Harriet Miles, Sue Peperell, Ellie Wartew, Gareth Jones, Alison Branch and Anna Clarke, thank you!
