All Saints

Dave is married to Helen and they have three children. He has lived in Worcester, Oxford, London and Reigate.

Until the age of 23 Dave rarely darkened the doors of a church, but came to faith on an Alpha course in London. He worked for Unilever, a charity in South West London and a large London church before training for ordination. He loves being outdoors, preferably mountain biking or sailing.

Sarah is married to Nick and they have two teenagers, Isobel and Fergus. Sarah studied history at Oxford University and then worked in Westminster and in communications.  She trained for ordination at St Mellitus College in London. Sarah oversees All Saints’ pastoral work, welcome and small groups. She loves (muddy) walks, cups of tea and detective novels.

Kat joined All Saints in the summer of 2021 on placement while she studied for Ordination Training at Westcott House in Cambridge. She lives in the Parish with her husband Chris as well as her four children and energetic springer spaniel Rosie. Prior to joining the Clergy, Kat was a RS Teacher in Norfolk. She enjoys baking, walking her dog and watching her children play Rugby.

Gabrielle was involved in music and education before ordination. She works throughout the Parish but with a particular focus on pastoral ministry – including bereavement support – and on the Church’s healing ministry.

After Investment work in the City, and missionary and theological training, Sue was in the first group of women deaconesses (1979), deacons (1987), and priests (1994). From 1995-2006 she was Team Vicar here with special responsibility for Little Marlow and Bisham. Following two posts in Worcester diocese, Sue has retired back to Marlow. She has ‘Permission to Officiate’ in Oxford Diocese, and in Europe!

Alison is married to Tobias and has two teenage sons, Noah and Isaac, who are both at sixth form at Great Marlow School. Originally from Middlesbrough, she has been a member of the congregation at All Saints Marlow for around 20 years. She is involved with Scouts, supporting GMS Swans rowing club and Marlow Rugby Union Football club. She loves to be outdoors, especially a stroll by the river with Geoff the dog.

Nick is married to Charlie, and they have three children. Prior to joining All Saints, Nick spent nearly 10 years ministering at a church in Aylesbury, initially as a youth worker with Youth For Christ, before becoming the Worship, Youth and Community Pastor. He studied Music, Worship and Theology at the London School of Theology, where he met Charlie, and is passionate about resourcing and serving churches and ministries in that area. Nick loves spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys a good film, seeing and playing live music, and enjoys beer, BBQs, long walks and conversation.

At All Saints Marlow, Laura-Anne leads our children’s work and works closely with our church infant and junior schools.  Before joining the team she worked for nine and half years in the business sector. Laura-Anne has also taught drama, dance and singing for many years, and loves directing, choreographing and performing in amateur dramatic shows. She loves open water swimming and snuggling with her cat Carrie.

Mervyn has held many high profile positions, including Director of Music at the University Church of Christ the King, London, Deputy Organist of Bristol Cathedral, Organist at Kingston Parish Church (which houses the largest Frobenius organ in the UK) and Chorister Outreach Coordinator for Liverpool Metropolitan and Liverpool Anglican cathedrals.

He is a very experienced director of youth choirs and has worked with the famous Berkshire and Taplow Youth Choirs (both winners of BBC Choir of the Year).

In September 2023, Mervyn joined the music department at Great Marlow School as Teacher of Music.

Emily grew up in Surrey and studied Psychology at the University of Exeter. At Exeter she was involved in her local church and volunteered as part of the Young Adult and Student, Worship and Prophetic teams. She has also been a gymnastics coach for many years. At All Saints Marlow Emily disciples our young people and works closely with local schools. She loves coffee, sports and being creative.

Charlie has been part of the All Saints church family since 2017. During 2020/21, Charlie joined the staff team at All Saints and Wycombe Deanery and also supported the Parish Office before returning to residential development. She loves spending time with family and friends, travelling and is partial to a good movie.

Originally from Yorkshire and moved to Marlow in 2011, Caroline is married to Gareth and they have two children. Her career has provided many wonderful opportunities to work and learn in a wide variety of functions within a global organisation. All Saints Bunny is a valued member of the staff team. He regularly assists Dave and the children’s work team with collective worship at Sandygate Infant school where he is very much loved by all the pupils. On occasion he assists with the monthly all age services in church – something he particularly enjoys doing when his friends, the children of Sandygate, come to help lead the service too. He can often be found consoling small children with bumps or grazes, or overseeing activities from his favourite armchair in the crèche.
